Dogs picked up by animal control

These dogs are looking for their owners or someone who can give them a second chance. This is not a good place for a dog to end up. The majority of the dogs that end up here have lived in homes and were someone's pet. By law these dogs must be kept for 3 days. Owner turn-in's may be euthenized at any time. If you are looking for an addition to your family, please don't forget to check your local animal shelter. There are some wonderful animals here. They get here by becoming lost, owners's are having financial problems, or an owner who did not realize that adoption is a life-time commitment. To see these pets and others log unto petfinder.org and search under shelters
